Przepis na jogurt naturalny z domowym musli !

Heeeejka ! Jak tam u Was?

Ja od wtorku mam aparat ortodontyczny na górę i dół, przez pierwsze 3 dni myślałam, że zejde haha, ale teraz wszystko dobrze zęby się prostują, a mnie nic nie boli.

Dzisiaj wstawiam obiecany post "Przepis na jogurt naturalny z domowym musli ". Zacznę od tego, że takie śniadanie jest bardzo zdrowe, jeśli jesteście w trakcie diety/redukcji to polecam. Zapraszam :)

Potrzebne składniki:

♥ jogurt naturalny (najlepiej gęsty)

♥ otręby

♥ zmielone siemię lniane (nie koniecznie musi być zmielone)

♥ słonecznik (ja używam prażony, po prostu smażę na sucho na patelni)

♥ płatki kukurydziane

♥ żurawina suszona (jeśli nie lubicie to możecie zastąpić innymi suszonymi owocami)

Jest to bardzo prosty przepis, korzystając z zamieszczonych fot i instrukcji mam nadzieje, że dacie rade zrobić to sami :)

1) 3/4 jogurtu nałożyć do miski,

2) Wsypać otręby i siemię lniane (3 łyżki) (w moim przypadku otręby i siemię lniane są już połączone)

3) Wsypać 1 łyżkę stołową słonecznika

4) 1 łyżkę stołową płatków

5) 1 łyżkę stołową żurawiny

Co u Was? Już po feriach/ w trakcie / czy jeszcze przed nimi? Piszcie w komentarzach! :)

Ja ferie dopiero zaczynam, z czym wiaże się więcej wolnego czasu,

co będzie się wiązać oczywiście z większą aktywnością na blogu! :)

Nawiązując do niego....Piszę bloga już jakiś czas, z przerwami, bo z przerwami, ale doszłam do wniosku, że może fajnie by było powiedzieć o sobie trochę więcej.
